Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to ViralPrints (the "Website"). The following Terms of Service ("TOS") contain the terms and conditions that govern your use of the Website and all of its Internet-based services (the "Service"). Please note that by using the ViralPrints Website, you agree to follow and be bound by these terms. As such, please do not access any service or view any information on the Website if you do not agree to all of the following terms in this agreement.
General Statement
ViralPrints reserves the right to amend the terms of this agreement at any point in time. Any changes to our policies will be immediately posted on the ViralPrints Blog and will go into effect immediately upon said posting. The date of the most recent version of each policy is provided at the top of their respective pages. You may choose to be notified of these changes by subscribing to our blog, where we will write about any policy alterations. Please take note of any changes to these TOS, our Privacy Policy, and our Intellectual Property Agreement, for your use of the Website and/or Service constitutes your acceptance of the most current version of each policy. Our Service
ViralPrints offers multiple internet-based services (collectively, the "Service"). Moreover, we provide you, the user, with the space and tools necessary to purchase, and sell custom merchandise (e.g. t-shirts) using images from online videos. As a registered user, you have the option to display and sell your merchandise through your very own customizable online storefront ("Store"). However, before you can open a Store, you must agree to a separate Intellectual Property Agreement.
Use of the Website and Service
As soon as you agree to these TOS and any other applicable agreement listed on the Website (collectively, the "Agreements") ViralPrints grants you permission to access the Website and Service for their intended purposes. However, all users must adhere to any local laws and regulations - at all times. So, please, exercise good judgment when using the Website. And remember, we reserve the right to remove any user or user-generated content that violates any of the terms in the Agreements or any applicable law.
Eligibility
ViralPrints offers a variety of services that require a contractual agreement between parties. As such, all users must be legally entitled to enter into and form a contract in accordance with any applicable law. Therefore, if you are under the age of 18, you may not use the ViralPrints Service - unless you are granted permission by a parent or legal guardian who is willing to assume full responsibility for any legally binding contract entered into and formed in accordance with any applicable law.

ViralPrints values your privacy. Information regarding the collection and use of your personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. For your safety, please review our privacy policy on a regular basis. Your agreement to these TOS constitutes your agreement to the policies outlined in the privacy policy.
Prohibited Uses
You, the user, may only use the ViralPrints Website and Services for purposes that ViralPrints explicitly permits. You may not use the Website and/or Service for purposes intended to harm any person or entity. ViralPrints values the intellectual property rights of others, and we strive to maintain our Website in a way that respects all intellectual property. Therefore, all users must adhere to the rules and regulations outlined in our Intellectual Property Policy. Furthermore, please note that ViralPrints reserves the right to terminate a user's account if a user legally violates any copyright or other intellectual property rights.
Warranty
By agreeing to this terms of service, you accept full responsibility for the terms described in this agreement. You acknowledge that the use of the website is at your sole risk. As such, this agreement constitutes a legally binding obligation between you and ViralPrints, which is enforceable against you according these terms. The ViralPrints website and service are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Thus, ViralPrints does not guarantee that the website and/or service will operate with the hardware or software you use; be free of errors, inaccuracies, or interruptions; or meet your requirements, whatever they may be. ViralPrints will only assume responsibility for the warranties explicitly stated in these terms of service.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall ViralPrints or its affiliates, including, but not limited to, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, vendors, and licensors be liable for any incidental or consequential damages of any kind. We shall not be liable for any damage that you may suffer arising out of your operation of the website and/or service. ViralPrints shall not be held liable for, and without limitation, any loss or destruction of data, profits or information. ViralPrints offers the website and service from its facilities in the United States of America. We do not guarantee that the website and/or service is suitable or available for use in locations outside of the United States of America.
Termination
In accordance to these terms of service, ViralPrints has complete discretion regarding any user's access to the Website and Service. As such, ViralPrints can terminate a user's account and/or user-generated content, with or without notice. If you do not agree with any of these TOS you may not access the Website or Service.
General
Your relationship with ViralPrints and your use of the Website and Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with these TOS and the laws of the State of Illinois.
